Abstract

The article reveals the relevance of the convergence of educational, information and communication technologies in the context of the teacher’s professional development. The methodological foundations, model vision, substantive and methodological aspects of the organization of hybrid education in the system of supplementary adult education and self-education of teachers on the basis of an individual educational route are presented.
