ON PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE TEACHERS OF INFORMATICS WITH THE USE OF INNOVATIVE APPROACHES IN THE CONDITIONS OF DIGITALIZATION AND IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LEARNING

Abstract

The article presents the directions, forms and methods of improving the professional training of future teachers of informatics using innovative approaches in the context of the digitalization of society and education. The purpose of the study is to improve the quality of training for bachelors and undergraduates in the direction of Pedagogical Education (profile Informatics) in the context of the transformation of society and education. The research methods included: analysis of theo-retical, methodological and psychological-pedagogical literature, regulatory documents on the re-search problem; generalization of the directions of innovation activity from various literary sources and legal acts; study and generalization of the practical experience of teachers of secondary schools in the preparation of students in the framework of the subject of Informatics; observation and questioning. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the fact that the basic content and specific features of the process of improving the quality of training of future and working teachers of informatics on the basis of the developed Concept of innovative training are substantiated and determined; the goals, objectives, mechanisms and directions of innovative training of teachers of informatics at TSPU named after L.N. Tolstoy, contributing to the development of their professional and digital competencies at the stage of study at the university. The main practical results of the research include the creation at the Tula State Pedagogical University named after V.I. L.N. Tolstoy Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Training Teachers of Informatics, whose work is carried out in several areas: educational activities, research vector and institutional changes. Specific examples of modern innovative approaches, methods and tools that can be currently implemented in every pedagogical university are given.
