Abstract

The article formulates the need to use an electronic information educational resource in higher education in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus, provides an analysis of the design of university courses on the Moodle platform in conditions of blended learning for students on the example of the experience of the Orenburg State Pedagogical University and Mogilev State University.
