TO THE DIGITAL RENEWAL ASSESSMENT OF THE RUSSIAN PUBLIC SCHOOL

Abstract

The school’s digital renewal is a process that has started several decades ago with the aim to improve the school operation using digital technologies. It is seen as an extension of the traditional concept of the digital maturity of an organization in relation to organizations of general education. It is assumed that educational organizations are moving (changing) along the path of digital renewal at different rates and are at different stages of this process. An approach to assessing the maturity of digital renewal is proposed. The results of assessing the maturity of the digital renewal of the Russian school, obtained on the basis of this approach, are presented. The data collected in the course of the Federal project "Monitoring the digital transformation of educational organizations at the regional and federal levels" wore used to build the assessment.
