CRITERIA AND INDICATORS FOR ASSESSING MEDIA LITERACY AND MEDIA COMPETENCE

Abstract

The concepts of "media literacy" and "media competence" are defined, criteria and indicators for their evaluation are scientifically substantiated and developed. Due to the fact that media and communications are in the process of constant transformation, directions and models for the development of media education have been identified.
